Explained everything well for the range of ages in the room, was respectful of everyone, and remained calm even while a baby screamed so much they disrupted a large portion of the class! Super informative and - for me who is already first aid trained.- a great revision and actually answered a couple of questions my course hadn't. My son loved it too.
